Again, I got the information from the Iowa Supreme Court, as well as
other sources that I also judge to be more reliable than Kent. Perhaps
that seems bizarre to you but I suspect it would not seem so to most.
IAC, if you have issues with the facts that are listed in the decision
that was published by the Iowa Supreme Court, maybe you should demand
your proof from them.
(BTW, West does not crawl the web for the decisions that it reproduces
in the official reporter. Those decisions come directly from the courts
themselves.)
