I would like to make a request of the world. I am sick and tired of all the
violence, the hatred, the animosity and bigotry, the killings in the name of
"God." I want all of it, for just one day, to stop. I want a call to the
heavens and through the earth sent out for the 'God's to get themselves down
here and sort out their own differences. I want an end to this pathetic,
self-righteous, more-holier-than-thou attitude that seems to have swept across
this earth. I am ASKING that all of you that read this message take the time on
September 11th, 2003, at 5pm GMT (+0:00) (That is Noon EST for those of you in
the United States) to do as your religion instructs to commune with your God,
or Meditate, or Take on your God-form, and concentrate on this idea. Perhaps in
a moment of true peace, the world can change.
I would also like to ASK you to forward a copy of this to any friends of
yours, who may not be able to get it otherwise, and for those of you that can,
to translate it into other languages and pass it on, around the world. I am
not looking to get this message back; I am not insinuating some bad karma on
those who don't; I can not even promise anything good if you do as I am asking.
I am simply one person, looking to change the world towards something better,
and with the thoughts, hopes, prayers, powers, and dreams of the world behind
this idea, I believe it is possible.
Any reply to this can be directed to zenflesh000@yahoo.com, and if it is going
to be pointless Spam, please include a complete mailing list of a minimum of
100 e-mail addresses for business use.

A couple of things come to mind.

1. If you are making this appeal to the world, then why post to one group?
2. The entire United States has 3 time zones and right now GMT is five
hours ahead of Eastern
DAYLIGHT time, NOT Eastern STANDARD Time.
3. There is only ONE TRUE God so I doubt you will see any manifestation of
any others.
4. That One, True, God I mentioned does not do command performances.

Well, no command performances, unless you happen to be Elijah, Moses
or Jesus Smile

Sounds good, but like my Grammie used to say, "Wish in one hand, and
crap in the other, and see which one fills up first."

Heard that before. But, a wish is the only option for peace at this point,
so I'd rther have a hopeless dream than a hand full of cr*p.
