Americans WIN as Referenda APPROVE Medical Marijuana
& Doctor-Assisted Euthanasia --
and REJECT Abortion Limitations!

So -- DESPITE the continuation of hateful and mindless bigotry
by a majority of voters in three states with respect to same-sex
marriage (California... barely! And Arizona and Florida), there IS
a LOT of •• GOOD •• news from this election. It ws ALMOST a
clean sweep for personal freedoms on all fronts.

Obviously, millions of bigots in CA, AZ, and FL still have a lot
of growing up to do (and they obviously WILL, once the courts,
or the US Supreme Court, STRIKE DOWN **ALL** of the laws and
amendments that ban same-sex marriage, JUST as happened in
1867 to laws against interracial marriage.

And, UNfortunately, Proposition K didn't pass in San Francisco,
which would have SENSIBLY decriminalized prostitution. We NEED
to properly regulate that, the SAME way that most of Europe has
done for decades, so as to make it disease-free, eliminate pimps
and unfairness to the women who engage in it, and save the
countless millions of dollars and man-hours that law enforcement
currently is WASTING on it.

Meanwhile ALL of the REST of the news on election Day was
WONDROUS, and the American people WON the day!!

(1) Washington State joined Oregon in making doctor-
assist suicide LEGAL for the terminally-ill who desire
to end their agonies.

(2) Michigan legalized the use of medical marijuana.

(3) The hateful ANTI-Choice bigots who attempted to
further limit access to abortion got their loathsome
butts handed to them. America is FINALLY getting
it act together in JUST SAYING NO to ANTI-Choice
and the RRR Cult on that flagship issue of theirs!

(4) Obama was elected, and both the House and
Senate are now SOLIDLY Democratic. THIS can lead
to the END of the ban on ID&E abortions, or at the
very least, a CHANGE in that law to INCLUDE the
mental health of the woman as a factor for making
EXCEPTIONS to it. And Roe vs. Wade will now be
SAFE for generations to come, as the U.S. Supreme
Court's next appointments will be EGALITARIANS!

So for the MOST part, election night was a HUGE VICTORY
for Americans, almost across the board. AND -- same-sex
marriage will almost certainly win out in California, very soon,
one way or the other. Most likely because it takes a 2/3 majority
of the legislature to amend California's Constitution. NOT a
simple majority of SIMPLE-minded and hateful voters. Thus,
Proposition 8 will PROBABLY go on the SCRAP HEAP, where it
belonged in the first place!

November 4th, 2008 was WONDROUS !!!!! We are FAST
coming OUT of the Dark Ages... and the RRR Cult and it's
loathsome agendas ARE all **DOOMED**!!!
