Greetings:
A complaint and request for investigation against the Tahirih Justice
Center has been submitted to the IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman.
The complaint alledges that Tahirih Justice Center a 501 (c) (3)
non profit organization misrepresented their tax statements for tax
years 2002-2005. The individuals who requested the investigation
noticed a discrepancy in which Tahirih failed to declare lobbying
efforts on their IRS forms while disclosing extensive lobbying efforts
to Congress- a different regulatory agency.
Non profit organizations who engage in excessive lobbying efforts
risk losing their tax exempt status with the IRS.
A thorough investigation has been requested along with revocation of
their tax exempt status.
More specifically Tahirih Justice Center failed to declare efforts to
influence legislation on their 2002-2004 tax forms by denoting a no
answer to question #1, schedule A, form 990 which asks the folowing
question: "During the year , has the organization attempted to
influence national, state or local legislation, including any attempt
to influence public opinion on a legislative matter or referendum".
We prefer not to disclose information regarding their 2005 return.

Wow. I mean WOW!
This is explosive news. 501c3 nonprofits are given a special tax
status by the government because they have a special assignment, to
lessen the job of government by helping society in a variety of ways.
This tax status allows them to receive donations for which they do not
have to pay income tax. It also allows the donors to deduct the
amount of their donation from their own income.
However, IRS regulations require that organizations with this special
status limit their lobbying activities. The government decided it is
not fair for organizations to get a tax break and then try to
influence legislation to more than a nominal degree.
Those who violate these regulations can lose their tax exempt status.
Is it possible that the Tahirih Justice Center could lose its tax
exempt status due to a violation of the tax law? (Could a monetary
contribution to Tahirih turn out to be like buying a collateralized
debt obligation from Lehman Brothers?) I certainly do not know the
answer to that question, nor do I know whether they have violated any
tax laws. But if Taxpayer #1 has made a credible complaint, it seems
likely that the IRS will investigate. I do know that the IRS can and
does revoke the tax exempt status of organizations that violate its
regulations. And where there's smoke, there's often fire.
All I can say that if Tahirih loses its tax exempt status it will be
the happiest day of my life since I married my (foreign) wife, the one
who Tahirih insults by calling her a mail-order bride.

Thank you Taxpayer #1.
I have known for a long time that paying taxes was always Layli's/
Tahirih Justice Center's Achilles heel. In fact paying for anything is
her heel. She wants EVERYTHING pro bono including getting her car
washed, free groceries, free clothes, free office supplies, etc. etc.
etc. Why? Because she is royalty and should not have to pay for
anything. Let the "little people" pay for her expenses and lifestyle.
If this is true (and long overdue), I would imagine the poor unpaid
"volunteers" at TJC are working overtime with the paper shredders
tonight while Layli is thinking of excuses "Let's see. I don't have to
pay any stinkin' taxes because I'm "religious", no, because I'm
"special." I'll think of some good reason why I shouldn't have to pay
taxes on the $80,000 + a year I get "paid as director" by TJC over the
table. (Under the table? Beyond comprehension!)
Bahais are such cheap bastards it is incredible. Layli can't open up
another BAHAI terrorist CELL of TJC in another city unless EVERYTHING
(including toilet paper) is given to her free so she can pocket every
penny. The only time she ever lets go of a penny was to get a better
grip on it.
Then again she may be busy wiring money overseas to her bank accounts
in Switzerland and Tehran while frantically booking a one way taxpayer
funded luxury flight to Iran. "They finally caught up with me so I
better get my fat ass out of here. I did pretty good though. Plenty of
money to live like a Queen overseas. My daughters will hopefully join
me on this flight. If not they can be smuggled out of the USA somehow.
As for my hubby Gil? Well he is on his own as usual. He was too
Westernized anyway and too demanding - like wanting kisses and that
horrible sex and stuff. I'll get me a proper Bahai male slave or two
or three to cater to my many demands and "needs" because I am Layli -
The Great!"

I can't possibly imagine why they spent so much money those 2 years of

conduct public (Bahai Faith propaganda) speeches, media interviews,
and networking meetings to promote the legal status of women. Layli
met with over 13 Non- Government Organizations (NGOs) promoting
women’s rights and shared ideas and strategies around local advocacy
and the US Embassy to build partnerships. Layli also met with the most
recent head of the House of Chiefs–a formal governing body of local
chiefs that operates along side the national parliament–and explored
opportunities for traditional leaders to advance the status of women
(and the need for IMBRA in Africa NOW.) A public presentation by Layli
on women’s rights was attended by over 200 participants including
local media, Ambassadors, members of parliament, and members of the
cabinet.
2. South Africa: In November 2005, Tahirih’s Executive Director,
Layli Miller-Muro, traveled to South Africa (taxpayer funded luxury
trip) to conduct public (Bahai Faith propaganda) speeches, media
interviews, and networking meetings to promote the legal status of
women. Meetings were held with key legal advocates in South Africa,
including Albie Sachs, a judge on the South African Constitutional
Court (their highest court) and the South African Human Rights
Commission. Layli also met with key NGOs promoting women’s rights.
Several meetings were held with the US Consulate about opportunities
for collaboration and we are currently exploring a possible program
that would involve training legal women’s rights advocates from South
Africa in the United States (and the need for IMBRA in Africa NOW.)
3. Tatarstan Republic of the Russian Federation: In April 2004,
Tahirih Director of Legal Services, Lisa Johnson-Firth, with
collaboration from Elena Mashkova, Director of Femina, a leading
Russian women’s rights organization, conducted a (taxpayer funded
luxury) day and half training of a three-day training titled “Toward
Gender Equality” (aka Bahai Faith propaganda speeches.) The training
was designed to educate women NGO leaders about the issues facing
women throughout Russia and how to address those issues, such as
trafficking of women and girls (IMBRA needed in Russia NOW), domestic
violence, high unemployment rates for women, equal participation in
the political sphere, and gender bias in the media. Topics covered by
Lisa included: legal mechanisms for attaining women's rights,
discussing much of the case work and strategy at Tahirih; advocacy
mechanisms for attaining women's rights, including examples of
trafficking, Violence Against Women Act cases, International Marriage
Broker (IMB) cases, and CLEAR act advocacy; and general NGO capacity-
building drawing upon Tahirih's experiences. Approximately 30 Russian
NGO women leaders participated.
4. New Zealand: In July 2004, Tahirih’s Executive Director, Layli
Miller-Muro, traveled to New Zealand (taxpayer funded luxury trip) to
conduct presentations and a series of meetings with local human rights
activists. Layli gave presentations (Bahai Faith propaganda speeches)
in both Auckland and Wellington to audiences including the Human
Rights Commission, the Office of Women’s Affairs, the New Zealand
Human Rights Network, and groups of women lawyers. Additionally, she
gave the keynote address at the “Living and Learning” Human Right’s
Conference, held July 11-13 as a joint initiative of the Human Rights

Frank, your revelations of Layli's extensive travel (on the taxpayers'
dime) gives new meaning to her father Larry's objections in this forum
to claims that Layli is highly paid. He ridiculed statements about

Perhaps technically he is correct in that she could earn a higher
salary in a law firm, but his objections are misleading (isn't that
always the way it is with the Millers?) as no big-firm lawyers get
junkets to Asia, Europe and Africa several times each year.

Keep in mind, this doesn't even begin to touch on the multitude of
Layli's taxpayer funded first class luxury trips around the USA and
Canada to "speak" (i.e. promote the Bahai Faith agenda) at various
Universities and other "official" functions where more than 2
feminists get together for a bitch fest.
If you add that on to her many, many overseas taxpayer funded luxury
trips, it must run into the millions and millions of taxpayer dollars
for her penthouse suites at various 5 star luxury hotels not to
mention all the food (lobster tails, Kobe beef, fois gras, etc.) she
must suck up by the pound in order to maintain her "figure" (cow
butt.)
I'm sure she also probably brings along several non-paid "volunteers"
to wipe her butt and carry her luggage for which she charges taxpayers
even more ludicrous amounts of money as if the "volunteers" were CEOs
instead of unpaid slaves.
Oh yes, keep in mind some of the colleges are PAYING her to "speak" on
their campus, so not only does she pocket that money (and not declare
it) but us taxpayers are also being charged for that "appearance."
I imagine every time she sends a "volunteer" to get diapers for her
"future Queens" it costs the tax payers thousands of dollars in
"administrative costs."

Thank you for your explanation of how fraudulent loans
are obtained by the nsa and uhj. It almost takes one's breath
away! It makes me recall that the nsa dumped the nursing
home in Wilmette, apparently thinking it was NOT worth
a genuine loan and human resources to sustain!

claims that universal participation is important- even if one gives
$1.00?
3) Thus everyone is counted, even if they hardly contributed.
4) The total amount of contribution: here, the balance is padded by
contributions (actually false loans) from Habib Sabet- Khojasteh-
Amanat- Banani- and many other wealthy Baha'is.
5) Once the loan is obtained from the US Bank, then the " padded
loans" from the wealthy Baha'is are quietly returned .
6) It is no surprise then to see a deficits of 2-3 millions dollars by
April of each year- disappear due to "sacrificial givings".
7) The giving is really a padded loan from those rich Iranian Baha'i
Refugees in US-Canada-Australia-Brazil-United Arab Emirates- and even
Iran.
This is in summary the Baha'i technique of "padding" the number of
contributers and "padding" the amount of contributions.
This technique is used very frequently by the NSA- UHJ. It is very
difficult to pierce as the number of contributers plus contributions
can not be entirely audited.
Recall how the Canada NSA has a huge deficit but in their Tax filing,
the Canada NSA has a surplus of several million dollars.

the maximum loan amount from the US Bank.

One correction= contributors (I made a spelling error)
On the issue of the Home for the Aged- it was closed due to its money
losing venture. In addition, it was a huge liability when the US NSA
tried to obtain loans. So, in Baha'i parlance, it was "good ridance".
Now, you recall that nursing homes in the US operate generally with a
huge profit- simply by billing their services to US- Medicare.
I am baffled that the omniscient-omnipotent- humanity loving US NSA

its leader Robert Henderson were not able to find one competent Baha'i
to manage the nursing home and make a profit.
This worries me- as such an easy money making venture- was poorly run.
What else is poorly run in the Baha'i financial world? Well, all those

the Phoenix embezzlement fiasco- the NSA of US basically tries to

up the audits.
Recall how well the NSA of US tried to run the Baha'i Travel Agency
back in 1992? Well, it ended up with a deficit of USD 1 million

In the first place, what business does a non-profit Baha'i NSA have to
run a travel agency?
Do you know of the Vatican running their own airlines? Or the Muslims
having airlines approved by Muhammad? Or Jesus and Moses having their
own airlines and travel agencies?
So, the Baha'is throughout the world run businesses very poorly-
partly
due to their Iranian background of "ZERANGI"- refer to the 1996 US NSA
publication regarding Iranian Baha'is- "ability to circumvent the
laws-
as a sign of status and intelligence".
Yes, Iranian Baha'is make money throuh their connection with the
boss :
UHJ. For example, when marble was quarried from Italy- it was done by

Baha'i subsidiary. All those marvelous buildings in Haifa, Israel made
great amount of money for Iranian Baha'is who had direct supplier
connection with the UHJ.
These include suppliers of heavy equipment (Sabet), marble from Italy,
architectural designs (Amanat and Sahba), landscaping ,
electrical-sewer-ventilation-water-security, computers- IT,
advertisement,
photography, maintenance, funding through loans from wealthy Iranian
Baha'is in United Arab Emirates-Iran-Australia (Sunland Corporation).
Finally, many of UHJ-NSA investments in stocks are done by insiders-
such as the son of UHJ member Fatheazam. His son runs a company in
Chicago by the name of Vector Research.
