TERRORISTS IN BLACK ROBES (As sent to President Bush.)
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; …"
And yet the black robed terrorists are attacking, left and right,
citizens across our land for freely exercising their religion. In what
respect did Judge Moore violate our laws? Has he not the right of having
a religion, and of free exercise thereof?
Not according to the black robed terrorists.
Nor have you.
Nor have I.
The black robed terrorists have, it seems, established laws that even
Congress has not the power to establish. And based on these non-existent
laws they are attacking the people of these United States.
It is time to bring some sense to the judicial.
They serve only "during good behavior," as stated in the Constitution.
Imposition of their religion or lack thereof on others is not good
behavior.
The black robed terrorists should be removed, by executive order, when
they fail to exercise good behavior. They should be removed when they
attack Judge Moore, or others of like mind. The congress cannot prohibit
free exercise of religion.
Nor have the black robed terrorists the right to do so.
FIGHT BACK!

Dear Colonel, I have said before and will say it again. Supreme Court
justices, Circuit Court judges, and any others, should not be appointed for
life but should be made to face the electorate the same as municipal judges
must, and their job would depend on their performance, not their whims or
their desire to depart from Constitutional protocol and "make their own
laws."
The recent decision handed down in the Texas Sodomy Statute by the U.S.
Supreme Court was based, not on our Constitution, but their study and
"consideration" of "International Law," using European nations as a guide.
Since when do we consult the judges of such astute nations as France and the
Netherlands to decide legal matters in this nation?
There has to be a change in this process because of the type of people who
have, and will be graduating from our law schools. Most of the present crop
are from the "60's." Most of us thought that they were funny then and paid
little attention to them and surmised that some day they would grow up and
face reality. We never dreamed that some of them would be in political
office, or sitting on the bench of some of the highest courts in the land.
Well; they're here, and now we are going to have to make some changes in the
selection process as far as judgeships are concerned. Most of them could
never pass muster as far as being elected by the people is concerned, but
being appointed by a politician is another matter. They answer to no one,
and care less about what anyone thinks. There is definitely something wrong
with such a system. Why our founding fathers ever developed it is beyond my
comprehension. King George III is probably laughing his fool head off at us,
wherever he is.
