Ephesians 4 29-32 and Discernment

I was told that to truly understand the below you had to read it with
the Gift of Discernment.

Fred A Stover seems to think the below does not apply to him.

Fred also seems to think if you disagree with him you Blaspheme the
Holy Spirit

I have read this passage in different Versions as well as the 3
commentaries linked to below. They seem to agree with my original
position.

So My question to those that have Discerned this differently please
explain your view on it's meaning?

Ephesians 4 29-32

29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that
which is
good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the
hearers. 30
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the
day of
redemption. 31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour,
and
evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: 32 And be ye
kind one
to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for
Christ's
sake hath forgiven you.
