As of August 18, 2008:

Current status of Iran's nuclear agenda: Green light.

In further developments:

Iran put a dummy satellite on its own rocket for the first time, a
move expected to increase Western concerns about its nuclear
ambitions.

The ballistic technology used to put satellites into space can also be
used to launch weapons.

The rocket that was used is called the Safir-e Omid, the 'envoy of
hope.'

Apparently all Iran needs to do now is start mounting the nuclear
warheads.
