Since Ole Wolf OFFERED to do this, (ocr, copy images in draw program, scan
images) and no monetary compensation was ever mentioned over the time it
took to do this, not at any time, it's considered a "favor" and these images
are the property
of P. Marsh. If there had been monetary or OTHER compensation "work for
hire" he'd still have no rights. He has no rights to these images at all.
His "compensation" was having the privelege of doing it since he asked
permission to do it, and the receiving of a contributors copy. It does not
have to be monetary compensation. Others were involved in proofing the
ocr's he made.
His putting "copyright P. Marsh 1990-2000" on every page, also indicates
that he is not the owner of a thing on those pages.
If he had not put the copyright on every page, then it would have been his
word against ours and quite a few others that looked this over as it was in
progress,
in a court of law. Seeing that he merely "drew" images
that were already drawn by us, by using a draw probram. it would be still,
our images. But he also put the copyright on every single page. Right
there,
legally, that is an admission on his part that these images are not his
property, even
if he made them by scanning, ocr or draw program. That's US copyright law.
Ole Wolf made these images in the USA. Though that doesn't even matter.
Also, since he wanted to do it, we did ask him to put it into a format
(electronic file) that could be updated by ANYONE. He did NOT do this, he
violated an agreement with clear intent to try to "own the rights to update
and be the only person able to update." We do not have to go to him to
update anything or
advice him of any updates.
If you want to PUSH this and get super technical, then the images he made
from what I handed him belong to the company that owns the scanner, and the
company (Such as MS Word) that owns the drawing program.
END of story. I did better. I asked a JUDGE. Typical of Satanists - is
the desire to start up shit. LIKE, for instance, posting illegal copies of
the Satanic Bible on websites. Thus far, no one has done such to us - but
these ARE copyrighted material. Typical of people involved in "satanism" to
pull this kind of god damned shit. Nothing better to do, except try to make
trouble. This only confirms to any Christians that they are 100% right.
