Islam for the Western Mind
This book has the primary aim of explaining the intellectual foundations of
'Islamic belief' to people familiar with the position of religious belief in
Western thought. It challenges that position and provides the Islamic
alternative. The secondary aim is to briefly tackle some of the
misperceptions common in the West as to the teachings of Islam. If you have
some concerns in this area it may be best to read the relevant section for
that aim first. The final aim is to present some of the evidence which has
persuaded people to become Muslims.

Funny, it's doing exactly what the Christians are doing but only tries
to put other clothes on it.
- No, the Quran isn't more factually true then the Bible and the
"interpretations" of texts are just as vague.
- No you can't claim revelations and spiritual experiences for which
more rational and natural causes can be found as evidence.
- No you can't deposit your version of a god as the primary cause and
then attribute arbitrary properties to it.
- And no, the Quran is not proven beyond reasonable doubt as the words
of a god
- Morals are a result of human social interaction, there is no need
for an entity independent from the universe
- Pascal's wager works as well for Islam as it does for
Christianity...
That's about 99% of the arguments I think. Hard to decipher though
with so much fluff surrounding it.
