9th Circuit to Decide on Constitutionality of Anti-Catholic
Resolution Family News in Focus

As long as the Vatican harbors criminals like Bernard Law, I can't
understand why anyone on Earth would even care what they say about
morality.
Nonetheless, the resolution by the childish SF Board of Supervisors is
unconstitutional.

Maybe. The Vatican is a separate country and the law will have to
decide if the church is speaking as a religion or as a country.

The moronic SF Board of Supervisors can say whatever they like about the
Vatican as a country; the equally moronic Berkeley City Council
incompetently blabbers about foreign affairs all the time.

But the SF Board of Morons went on to criticize the Catholic Church as a
church, attacking their religious dogma, and the doctrine of separation
of church and state would seem to forbid that. That doctrine forbids the
persecution of churches as much as it forbids the state establishment of
them.

Then point us to the actual resolution and to the case lawyou claim says a
government entity can't criticize a religion.

You'll have to give Rudy the time to make it up.

Margaret Sanger's Dirty Little Secret
Planned Parenthood = the American Eugenics Society

By Judie Brown

The irony of a movement that steeps itself in the rhetoric of "choice"
and "reproductive rights" is that it was originally - and still is -
fundamentally a movement for *controlling* people's reproduction. From
Margaret Sanger's advocacy of controlling the Black population and
eliminating so-called lesser people so as to create a "race of
thoroughbreds", to international abortion organizations' eager
participation in the abuse of women under China's One Child Policy,
the true nature of the movement is clear to all who truly care about
women's rights.

Given how beneficial abortion supposedly is to women, it is a curious
fact that the main impetus for its promotion was not women's rights at
all but the social-controlling eugenics ideology of Margaret Sanger.

For those who doubt, look at the lack of concern from the abortophiles
who can't get enough of defending this creature.
