Here's some substance for you.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect
Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the
common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings
of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish
this Constitution for the United States of America.

Note it does not say "provide the general welfare".



That means the government can cut off your military pension at
anytime, since it is under no obligation to provide for you.

I'm not totally against welfare but it should not be the governments
job to fund people that won't work.

I'm willing to bet that,
1. You don't know how to get on welfare in the state of California and
2. That you can't tell me the difference between welfare and parity.
