Dear Karol,
Greetings in Christ Jesus. I trust this missive finds everyone in good health
and spirits. I am writing to comment on the situation as it now stands in
Israel, in the Churches of Christ, and in life, generally.
You know, Karol, as I am not a very successful Christian at this point, many
may wonder about the wisdom of listening to anything I have to say. This,
however, is merely a trick of the devil's tail, for in reality, I am the wisest
king Jesus ever knew, not a wiseguy. I flunked myself out of Cornell twenty
years ago on purpose, for the sake of a supposed enemy, and here I stand today,
two bullets in my brain, living and breathing as if nothing happened. I,
however, never expected it to take this long to return to school and get my
degree. Yet, as we all know, everything happens for the best for them that love
Jesus. In return for my loyalty to Christ, God has made me the head of the all
the Churches of Christ as well as nations! I am the head and not the tail!
The one thing that probably causes Eastern and Western Christians to miss the
Holy Spirit's points about me, in particular, is the practice of the Eucharist.
Eating the flesh and blood of a god, sounds reasonable, but in the end it is
not. This will not save you from death. Respect for a god will do this. I find
that love for the least important aspect of people leads to repect for
everything about them, including, but not limited to, their souls; and the
least important aspect of people is their flesh. For this reason, the Holy
Spirit gets blocked by the practice of the Eucharist; it does not indwell as
well in someone who partakes of it. You should replace this practice with a
weekly or monthly love feast. You'll accomplish more in the way of total
holiness if you do this. The Eucharist turns Christ into a mere commodity to be
consumed by the nearest fool. Respect for the body and blood of Jesus, will
lead to total holiness and this to eternal life and the devil knows this.
Some may wonder about the value of trying to be utterly holy, given my
situation. Well, as you might know, the value in being holy is that it leads to
your inmost dreams, whatever they may be. Not even the Jews understand this.
The foundation of all true holiness is the Law of Moses and this is because
Judaism is the faith of ages. It predates our own faith by at least three
thousand years. Christianity is merely an extension of that faith, John Paul -
not the end of it. Judaism is the essential practice of the gods. You must
practice all the law. The point Christ tried to make was merely that love never
makes mistakes; it is the proper attitude for Jews to have and the right way to
handle everybody, including their enemies. The point was to make a more proper
Jew, for nothing Christ did can be taken outside the context of the Jewish
nation or Jewish faith! You must still practice all the Law.
In my church, all Christian males must be Jewish Rabbis and all Rabbis must
have been Boy Scouts. Similarly, all Christian women must be Bat Mitzvahed Girl
Scouts. Why is being a Scout important? Because, these individuals represent
the most virtuous of people in their youth. Something Christians and Jews must
understand about religion is that, if you have it, you will be one of these
people sooner or later. There is just no point in being a Jew or a Christian if
you are not a Boy or Girl Scout. It's to miss the whole point in our faiths not
to be or become and stay one of these forever. Virtue is the end of faith and
Jesus is the beginning and end of all virtue.
Anyway, love for enemies makes all the sense in the world to genuinely friendly
men and women. This points up the ultimate superiority of Christ and
Christians, generally, and is why people of other faiths will eventually be
destroyed. If you are going to be a Jew, be sure you are one because of Christ
not instead of or despite Him.
In the end, there are four people you must honor as strictly as possible if you
want to be perfect. These are: Jesus, Moses, your father, and your mother. As
long as these four love you, you will go to heaven, whatever that truly is for
you.
I would like to point out to all of you that perfect leadership in life is
about what it would take to lead a Jew. To the Jew, I will simply say to ask
himself, "What would it take to lead God anywhere?" This question points up the
foolishness of most men, for it is God and His prophets that truly lead. True
leadership is about following. Every word out of God's mouth is flawless. The
wise do not add to or take away from them! So, great indeed, was the Black man
who could lead the Jews home to their God! Great was the Christian that could!
This is because the color of God's skin never mattered to me, only his ethics;
even though now I see He must be Black like me. Three hundred years of
miscegenation with Egyptians does not lead to someone who looks like a
European, after all. I am the only real link back to the true identity of the
Jews and their God today, for salvation of from the Jews. He is, was, and
always will be Jesus.
Finally, I will say this about freedom, since many people may be worried about
this issue, especially where I come from. Freedom, in my view, whether it comes
by way of a man made constitution or by some notion of perceived liberty
granted by the Son of God, is not for moving wholly, utterly and completely
away from the Law of Moses. No, my friend; this is not what freedom is for.
Freedom is not for rejecting God or any of His prophets. Freedom - a necessary
concomitant of love - is for choosing the Law anyway. It is a test - the most
awesome and terrible of them, one everyone must pass! Those who don't
understand this don't need to be it. So says this son of former slaves.
Understand that when I speak of the Law, I mean all six hundred or so separate
and distinct codes of it, not just the Ten Commandments. In my church, all must
practice the law religiously, for the Holy Spirit is the spirit of the Law.
Most people are merely following their own spirits. Folk must learn to bring
their spirits into submission to the all the Law; then they will be holy. False
religion doesn't work, after all; true faith does! True faith is total faith.
God makes all the sense in the world and so too the Bible and for this reason
all Chris-tians must keep the Law just like the Jews of ancient times. I am
from ancient times, John Paul; I know. I am! All this goes to show that my
records have been falsified for I am a lot smarter than it shows. The semitic
way is the right way, but not even Einstein, most Jews and people of other
faiths could see the divinity of Chirst. What no Christian has ever seen is
that Judaism is the heart of our own faith - its very centerpiece. The key to
understanding all this business is fear, John Paul. People just don't
understand its value. It's a smart person that is, at least, afraid of God. In
fact, fear of Jesus and His Father is the very definition of smarts. Such folk
are always super geniuses; it is real and it is measureable. These are the only
folk that even bother with prayer. Behold, a man afraid, then!
